> INSCRIPTION AND RESERVATION
The reservations of the terrestrial services must be made at our offices of Tana by fax, telephone or e-mail, then confirmed and specified by e-mail with the names and first names of the participants, dates of birth, details of air, numbers of the files, rooming list.
The inscription will be final only with reception of the required installment.

> PAYMENT
An installment of 30% of the price of the terrestrial service is requested from the inscription, the balance is payable 30 days before the starting date of the voyage.
We do not guarantee the place of the customer on a circuit before reception of the integral payment.

Banking co-ordinates: those will be provided to you with the order

N.B: We expressly ask you to send by fax a copy of your banking transfer in order to be able to on the spot follow it with our bank.
LAUGH takes responsibility for its bank charges of the BMOI of Madagascar, but does not accept the expenses of the foreign banks.

> CANCELLATION
from 40 to 30 days before the departure: 20% of the total price
from 29 to 20 days before the departure: 40% of the total price
of 19 to 10 days before the departure: 60% of the total price
from 9 to 0 days before the departure: 100% of the total price

RIS can cancel the departure 30 days before the starting date if: - the minimum number of participants is not reached; - of the remnants regulation was not carried out in good time; - the local contingencies require it (air, climate,…)

> INSURANCE
RIS subscribed an insurance civil and professional liability. Nevertheless the customers must imperatively contract a personal insurance covering the accident, repatriation, the flight, cancellation.
